Sernhac, an ancient Saracen village, is the most northern terroir of the Costières de Nîmes.

That’s the place, near the Pont du Gard, where Elisabeth and Pascal Glas decided to create in 2004 the Domaine de Poulvarel.

What could have looked like a wild bet, carried now out against odds.

Elisabeth and Pascal combined their strength, their differences, their know-how and offer today wines worthy of the best tables and regularly mentioned by the specialized magazines.
